Q: Can I sell artwork bought at Sugarbeargraphics.com that has been digitized into a Machine Embroidery file?
Q: What are the rules and regulations concerning the freebies?
A: The same terms and conditions that apply to purchased clipart applies to all freebies.
Q: Once the file has downloaded what do I do?
A: For safe travel over the internet our designs are compressed into zip files. Depending on your computers setup once you download the file your computer may automatically decompress it into a folder. If not, you will have to decompress it manually by using programs such as WinRar (Windows) or Stuffit Expander (Mac and Windows).
Q: What graphic format/resolution are the files save as?
A: We offer the following formats: Vectorial: AI, EPS, WMF, BMP, GIF and JPG
Q: Why wont the Vector file open when I double-click on it?
A: In order to open Vector format files you will need a Vector program. You will not be able to view the Vector format files by double clicking on the images. If you are using a graphics program, the command is usually "file-open," and then you can select the image you want. For other programs the command may be "file-place, file-insert, insert-picture, get-picture" or something similar. For more detailed information check your software manual's section on how to use graphic files

As always if you experience any trouble downloading the file, please e-mail us your order number and we will send you a new download link.
